I am Michael Thompson

After serving as a pastor for more than 20 years, God has led me to this amazing ministry where I am privileged to assist and encourage those who are fulfilling the mission of Jesus Christ.

I have served as a missionary, Christian counselor, church planter, pastor and leader of nonprofit organizations. I am excited to use my experience and education in transformational leadership and partner with you to take on issues that you may be facing. I would love to serve as your encourager, providing guidance to help your ministry achieve its mission.

I am ordained with the Evangelical Free Church of America and hold to the biblical authority of God's word. However, I partner with pastors and leaders from many denominations.

I would love to have a conversation with you today about the issues that you face and ways in which I might pray for and support you in ministry and leadership.

We have tailored our rates and contracts to serve small- and medium-sized churches in the northwest section of Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota. We only bill for hours worked and we concentrate our work at times when ministry teams and key leaders are available.
